Chelsea midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko has joined his former club Monaco on a season-long loan deal.
Despite featuring 43 times for the Blues in 2017/18 season when he joined the club, Bakayoko fell down the pecking order at Stamford Bridge.
He scored three goals in his first season at Chelsea including a well taken goal against Huddersfield that season.
The 25-year-old also featured for 90 minutes in the Chelsea FA Cup final triumph against Man United at Wembley.
Bakayoko spent last season on loan at AC Milan where he made 42 appearances in all competitions, scoring one goal which came against their city rivals Inter in a 4-3 defeat.
His loan move to Monaco this summer will see him team up again with former Chelsea teammate Cesc Fabregas.
Earlier, TUKO.co.ke reported that Chelsea have announced that defender Davide Zappacosta has signed a new one year deal with the Blues and has joined Italian side Roma on loan.
Zappacosta joined Chelsea from Torino in 2017 and has played 52 games for the Stamford Bridge landlords since he moved to the Premier League side.
